PILODIST introduces a customized and computer controlled continuous distillation system for complex mixtures of organic compounds.

The system has been designed by PILODIST engineering team according to customers problems and has been manufactured in PILODIST workshops with glassware made of high quality borosilicate glass.

It includes a circulationevaporator of 1 L volume for a distillation rate of up to 50 g/h. The 2 distillation columns DN 25 with a total separation length of 1,50 m are packed with a wire gauze trickling packing and it offers two possible feeding points at the top and in between the 2 columns. PILODIST 250 can be operated under atmospheric or vacuum conditions.
